Days End. 9x12 acrylic on canvas.   The patterns of blue, black and gold really struck me as a pleasing combination.  I believe it all comes down to staying awake to the possibilities.

Painted this earlier this year in South Carolina.  No matter where you are, subjects are everywhere, but you must be open to finding them.

Another portrait of Jill.  She is one of my favorite models.  I painted this with the hopes that it would be selected in this years Annual Society of Painters in Casein and Acrylic show in New York.

I have a lot of catching up to do.  It's been almost a year since I ladt posted here!  Many apologies!  I will be posting every day now for the next several months to get up back up to date.   Much of the problem was computer issues and downright busyness!  Looking forward to getting back to blogging on a daily basis!
