Charity

Charity has been my beloved companion for the last 15 years. Last night, she passed away in my arms after a short illness. My brother always said she acts more like a dog than a cat. Always running to greet me when I came in the door. Never far when working in the studio. I don't believe we know one half of one per cent about anything, but I know God is love and He loves His creation. In the end, I think that is really all we need to know.

So terribly sad, they get so under our skin and embedded in our hearts.
I can imagine she was wonderful company and support for you this past year.

You've captured her shining spirit beautifully.

I''m so very sorry.

Brad, I dropped by to remark about this charming piece and you broke my heart. I know that feeling (3 times over in the last four years with my beloved siamese, who succumbed one by one to cancer) and am truly sorry for your loss. You painted her beautifully!
